Ticket Terms:
By redeeming this pass, you expressly understand and agree that in no event shall The CannXperience Tour, or the venue, including its affiliates and licensors, be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, physical, psychological, exemplary damages. The CannXperience Tour and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss of profit, savings, good will or other intangible losses, regardless of whether the CannXperience Tour, its affiliates, the venue including its affiliates and licensors had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of our content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to any of the services.
Sponsorship/Exhibit Cancellation Policy:
Because we will be promoting your firm/organization on our web site, in our promotional emails and our Facebook Fan Page and LinkedIn Group Page no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may request a credit for a future CannXperience Tour event if the request is received 30 days in advance of the current event. In the event of bad weather, viral infection or if the conference is cancelled, the CannXperience Tour is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will the CannXperience Tour issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
Tickets are non-refundable.
